Webware can be easily accessed from any computer or location that has internet access. Travelers especially benefit from the accessibility. This often means that if a traveler has access to a computer, phone, or handheld with internet connectivity they can utilize the web application securely.

1. The extent of business automation requirements.
2. Whether you opt for a hosted or on-site version of VUE.

By using a hosted version of VUE®, Velarium™ will store your information in our earthquake-proof data center and provide 24/7 technical support and maintenance for your system. This option is recommended, and you will pay a monthly fee.

With an on-site version of VUE®, you purchase the license to the software and run VUE® exclusively within your network. Due to the purchasing of the software license, the initial fee for the on-site version will be higher, with optional monthly maintenance fees.
